Dear SAC member,

          Hi guys!! Before anything, a shout out to all our new members!! The brown bag lunch event was a blast and we got a whole bunch of new faces just waiting to get a chance to get out there make things happen. Great to have you on board! =) And to everyone that's receiving this for the first time: the newsletter will keep you updated on events going on in SAC; the preparation, the creative ideas we come up with and how much fun we have doing these events. We also want to remind you of the meetings that are coming up. We want every one of you involved because we want you guys to realize there's a lot more to college then just being in class on time and making the grades.
          Secondly, check out the face lift on our newsletter. :) Hope y'all like it. I told you guys a while back about incorporating all parts of SAC into one newsletter. Well, this is it!... tell me what you think. I'm always opened to suggestions.

Fund stuff for you!

All right guys, its the start of the new semester and us execs decided its time to fatten up our beloved Miss. Piggy Bank. AND we have a plan!Well, a couple actually. Fresh Choice is offering discount coupons booklets which we can sell to raise some funds. What's in it for you? We're in the midst of developing a reward system for selling a targetted amount of books. Free stuff for you! WooHoo. NEXT, Grocery store cards: scan'em when you stock up on your supplies at the weekend, and part of the profit goes into Miss Piggy. =) Finally, Toyota Golf Tourney: Fast money ya'll. Volunteer and get free t-shirts and lunch. Not of mention a great view of the participants ... maybe pick up some golf tips watching them play. More info coming up...
